What is the name of this song? I have *no* idea!?
I have only heard this song about five times in my entire life, but each time I try to remember part of the words I get caught up with other things, and of course I never have a pen and paper handy.
Anyway, I’m going to try to describe and tell you about the song. It tells a sad and ultimately depressing story of a young boy who always attempts to spend time with his father. The lyrics take the listener on a journey from his adolescence to high school and college, and ultimately to the point where the child is now an adult and does not have the time to spend with is father, just as his father is beginning to understand just how much time he has missed spending with his son.
I hope that someone knows what I am talking about, the song is *beautiful* and I have to hear it again, knowing who sings it!
Thank you in advance to whomever (hopefully) does know! You have absolutely no idea how grateful I am!
