In childhood one has no true concept nor idea as to what to expect when one grows to be an adolescence.
When one has adolescence, he or she has no true concept or idea as to what being an adult will be like.
When one has become an adult, the ideals of youth and the fantasy of childhood have faded and passed.
It seems that “now” is all we really have.
